Property Access Control

Protecting the property's assets is our number one responsibility. Beverly Hills Property Management takes this responsibility very seriously. Utilizing software programs like Building Link to efficiently create a database for the association is our first task in setting up your front desk. Once the database is complete, we also use Building Link hardware to scan and track all packages. The auto email capability is a great function that notifies residents in real time for scanned packages. All guests are announced by the front desk concierge before being sent up to any residential unit.

All front desk personnel are trained to conduct walk-throughs of the property throughout their shift noting any irregularities with structure of the property, vandalism, or unauthorized personnel.
